Residents should be aware that the footpath close to Siemens Healthineers factory will be closed from October until December to allow for safety testing to be carried out.
The section of the footpath to be closed - which is marked on the map below - starts at Oxford Road and heads towards the bank of the Wharf Stream Way.
The closure will only impact the footpath the is nearest to the factory; the remainder of the path will be accessible.
The footpath will be closed from 5 October until 24 December to allow for the mandatory testing of the helium pipework infrastructure.
