Annual Parish Meeting

Every March, Eynsham Parish Council hosts the Annual Parish Meeting. 

This is held at Eynsham Village Hall and must take place between 1 March and 1 June. In recent years, we have held in on a Tuesday evening in March. From quite a formal meeting, we have developed the APM into something more relaxed and informal. It has become a well-attended, interesting and enjoyable evening for our community. 

The APM is an opportunity for us to inform the community of our projects and plans, to share details of the Budget for the new Financial Year (starting on 1 April), and gain feedback on any local issues or concerns. 

It is also an opportunity for our community to celebrate, recognising the vibrant community life Eynsham residents enjoy. The Hall is filled with displays and information from local organisations, charities, activities and businesses, with representatives from all of these in attendance to chat.
