Some of Eynsham’s organisations, groups and projects may be eligible for a grant from West Oxfordshire District Council as part of the Community Services Investment Fund.
This is a three-year funding programme that will provide grants of up to £30,000 to organisations ‘delivering projects and services that benefit communities across the district’.
The programme will run from 1 April 2027 until the end of March 2030, with funding provided from April. The fund is now open to applications, with a closing date of Wednesday 16 September at 5pm.
Applications are welcome from voluntary and community groups, charities and CICs. There is an interest in receiving collaborative applications and those demonstrating partnership approaches. The District Council is specifically looking to support projects that contribute to climate resilience, nature recovery and/or community wellbeing.
Organisations intending to apply are able to book a free 30-minute advice session on Friday 21 August, on a first-come-first-serve basis, to provide guidance on their application. Please email [email protected] to book a session.
The District Council will also be launching a new round of their civic crowdfunding scheme in in the autumn, in partnership with Crowdfunder UK. This is aimed at supporting community organisations and projects that improve the lives of residents. More details on this will be available soon on this webpage or by emailing [email protected].
