The Parish Council is now accepting grant aid applications for this Financial Year. We have a pot of grant money waiting to be shared with some superb local organisations and charities that support our community. Get your applications in now!
Who is eligible?
We accept applications from local organisations, charities and groups – or regional/national organisations that are working with our community – who support the residents of Eynsham, whether through running social activities, working to preserve our local environment or providing direct care and support to the vulnerable. You can read all the details in our Grant Aid Policy.
How do I apply?
Complete the application form and return it to the Deputy Clerk via email (epc.office@eynsham-pc.gov.uk) by Friday 30 January. Or, request a word document version of the application form via the same email address.
You will need to include details about your organisation and your work, and how much grant money you need. We'd like to know what the specific project/activity/equipment is that this grant would help fund and how it would positively impact our community.
When would I get the money?
We will review all applications in March 2026 and then contact the successful applicants, before arranging for the financial transfer.
Who got a grant last year?
We were able to help a range of interesting organisations that all contribute so much to our community’s wellbeing. This included community radio station WRFM, the online community site Eynsham Online, and the local Village Show. We were also able to give some money to Eynsham Museum and the film club.
