Eynsham is fortunate to be one of the few places in Oxfordshire to retain the Co Wheels EV after the initial Car Club pilot period ended. Think of it as a community car for us all!
Our Co Wheels EV is parked in Back Lane car park, where there are various charging points. It's a great transport option for people who need to make occasional journeys but don’t own a car of their own. The latest figures show that the car has been used consistently over the past months, with 14 people currently signed up to use the car, 12 of whom are using it regularly.
We’ve had the Co Wheels car club EV in Eynsham since April 2023. Since then, the car has been hired 15 times per month (on average), with an average monthly milage of 667 miles. As the car can travel around 200 miles on a full charge, journeys will likely be completed without having to top it up, making for stress-free travel! That being said, many of the council car parks in the district have EV charge points (such as Henley, Wallingford and Witney).
