Another year has sped by and we’re fast approaching the 2024 Annual Parish Meeting, which will be taking place in early March. All residents are welcome to join us for an evening of networking with community groups, updates on local projects and refreshments.
On Tuesday 5 March from 7.30pm at the Village Hall, the Parish Council will host the Annual Parish Meeting. This evening will follow a similar format to last year’s successful approach and we hope it will be a great evening for all involved.
The evening will start with a short Parish Council presentation, followed by an informal networking event. The hall will contain displays and representatives from local businesses, organisations and groups, all on hand to talk about their activities.
Residents will also be able to read more information about Parish Council projects and chat with our Councillors. Refreshments will be served and we anticipate the evening will end by 9.30pm.
All residents are welcome to attend and there is no need to RSVP. If your organisation or business would like to have a display and haven’t yet received an invite – please email epc.comms@eynsham-pc.gov.uk for details.
Last year proved to be enjoyable, well-attended, interesting and productive for all who came and we are hoping for a repeat in 2024. Join us to make it happen!
