3. 23/01971/FUL - The Boot Inn, Barnard Gate - Demolition of single and two storey side and single storey rear extensions.  Conversion of former Public House to a pair of semi detached dwellings with two storey side and rear extensions and associated car parking spaces.  To note proposed application for ‘Stopping up and diversion of Public Footpath Eynsham 206/14 from the Oxford to Witney road (A40) at The Boot leading N and NE to Freeland Footpath 9 - Boot Inn Barnard Gate Witney Oxfordshire OX29 6XE’ which will be considered by the Amenities & Estates Committee when received.

5. Botley West Solar Farm

To consider responses to a pre-application by Photovolt Development Partners GmbH for a Development Consent Order to build a new solar energy generation station and a Statement of Community Consultation.

6. South Leigh/A40 junction

To note correspondence received from South Leigh Parish Council and consider actions.

7. West Oxfordshire District Council

To receive an update on the recent West Oxfordshire District Council Development Liaison Meeting and agree actions.

8. Eynsham Design Review Panel
