The Full Council meets once each month (Tuesday 7.30pm at Eynsham Village Hall). Agendas are shared in advance (within the Calendar) and minutes from the meetings are shared afterwards - view these by clicking the Minutes tab on this webpage.
Some Councillors also sit on committees or working grooups.
Committees
The duties of the Council's committees are defined in each Terms of Reference, as are the number of members and frequency of meetings. Individuals who are not Councillors may be co-opted to provide expertise and guidance on these committees, but they do not always have voting rights.
Minutes from committee meetings are shared on their designated pages listed below. They are circulated to all Councillors ahead of the next Full Council meeting.

Working Groups
Working groups are slightly less formal but are overseen by the council and governed by its policies, procedures and terms of references.
