Final consultation on the Boundary Commission’s revised proposals opens today. ’The Commission has considered over 45,000 comments from the public in earlier consultations, and has changed nearly half its initial proposals based on this feedback’: view the press release.

DATELINE 08/06/2021: The Boundary Commission for England has published initial proposals for new parliamentary boundaries, which transfer Eynsham from the current (Witney) constituency to a new Bicester constituency. The aim is to even up the number of voters per constituency, Witney being over-size.

The consultation closes on 2 August.
