This feature is designed as a companion to the Parish Council's Traffic section and a ‘prequel’ for its new Working Group.

When the Advisory Committee and its Sub-Committee were disbanded in May 2021, their minutes were removed. We should struggle to understand current or future proposals without that record from the past. And past mistakes could be repeated if hard-won memories were lost. With that in mind...
