Subscription based online Car Clubs, like Co-wheels or Zip Cars, are common in UK cities. Revenue generating Peer-2-Peer platforms - Hiyacar, Getabout and Turo - are less well known in the UK. These platforms are to cars what Airbnb is to property. The insurance industry has changed to make car sharing alot easier.
