Eynsham Scout Group Reunion 18 Sep 2021 15:00 - 18:00 at The White Hart

Following the governments extension of the Covid restrictions, we were unable to hold the 2021 Reunion on 18th July as planned. So, the committee have come up with an alternative date after the summer holidays, of Saturday 18th September from 3-6pm.  Following feedback from some of our regulars, we have decided to try a different more informal meeting in the garden of The White Hart in Eynsham. The owners are happy to accommodate us outside or in the function room if the weather is bad and may be able to lay on some food or snacks if enough people want them. 

A few people asked if they could bring partners or friends to the reunion this time and, as its an informal meeting at a pub, we think that could be a good idea. It's important to say that this is an alternative to the usual Bosses Night sit down meal in the Scout HQ, and not a replacement. It was clear that people wanted some kind of event this year to try and keep us together as a group, so this is a good opportunity to see if we can introduce the reunion to more past members of Eynsham Scout Group. Anyone who was in uniform or on the committee in the past or present and is over 18 is able to attend.
