This 5 week course, currently held online, is for anyone who struggles to fall asleep, wakes up in the middle of the night and can't get back to sleep, wakes up too early, or sleeps through the night but doesn't feel refreshed in the morning. The course works through the 5 step Sleep Recovery method to help improve your sleep and wake up more refreshed, by working with your personal sleep type and looking at what could be sabotaging your sleep. It helps relax and repair the body, balance the nervous system and replenish your energy, slow down the mind, restore emotional balance and reawaken the happy inside you, through using yoga postures, breathwork and mindfulness techniques.
