If you care about where you live and are passionate about your community, we need you!
The Council is active in a range of issues and projects, including planning, playgrounds, the Fishponds, local footpaths, sports facilities and traffic.
The Council has 15 members - there are vacancies which we are keen to fill as soon as possible. To be eligible to join you need to be at least 18 years old and to have lived or worked in Eynsham for at least the last 12 months. It is a voluntary position but can be very rewarding.
In addition to the main meeting - usually on the third Tuesday of the month in the Main Hall at the Village Hall - you can also serve on committees which manage current/future projects. All Council meetings are held on Tuesday evenings.
If you’d like to find out more, please contact the Clerk or come along to one of our meetings. See Events Diary for meeting dates.
