ENTRY UNDER REVIEW APRIL 2020
Simple strength, balance, flexibility and mobility exercises are the focus for this class. A chair is used as a support, as well as a range of equipment including resistance bands. Some time will be spent working on practising going down to and up from the floor (or kneeling).
It is an ideal class for people who are worried about their balance. Led by PSI level 4 qualified instructor.
