Vacancy for Charity Clerk! 1 Aug 2021 Apply to be Clerk to the Eynsham Charities

Applications are invited for the position of Clerk to the Eynsham Charities on the retirement of the present Clerk, Robin Mitchell, next year (2022).

Please contact the Chairman, Andy Mosson, at [email protected] for further details.

The Clerk is paid an honorarium in return for providing administration services to the trustees of the Eynsham Consolidated Charity (ECC) and the Bartholomew Educational Foundation (BEF). The trustees meet four times a year.

The Charities have for very many years provided a valuable community service in helping local residents and the Clerk is the first point of contact for applicants. The ECC gives grants to persons in Eynsham and Freeland who are in need, hardship or distress. The BEF gives grants to persons in Eynsham under the age of 25 who require financial assistance with their education.

Much more information about both Charities is available at Eynsham Online.
