Eynsham Christmas Tree Festival

We are delighted to announce our first Eynsham Christmas Tree Festival, which will take place at St. Leonard’s Church on November 23rd and 24th.  For two days the church will be filled with sparkling Christmas trees, each sponsored and decorated by a village group, uniformed organisation, family, school… or just somebody with lots of spare Christmas decorations!

This year the festival will be running under the theme title of “While Shepherds watched. . .” so watch out for plenty of Angels, shepherd hooks, sheep and bright lights.  There will be a vote taken for the peoples’ favourite tree and a visitors donation will be collected to share between local Eynsham groups and charities.

The church will be open for you to look around on Friday 23rd November 12 - 7pm and again with a Festival Cafe on Saturday 24th from 10am - 12.30pm.  Why not invite a friend or family member to the festival and bring some extra sparkle to the start of the Christmas season this year.
