Eynsham Parish Council requires a Parish Clerk/Responsible Financial Officer with effect from 3 April 2017.
22 hours a week – flexible with evening / occasional weekend work. A job-share may be considered. The candidate should:
have good communication skills and able to manage a small team
be computer literate and have access to the internet
be able to work from home
facilitate the monthly meetings of the full Council & additional committee meetings.
be able to demonstrate knowledge of local government, qualified to CiLCA standard or willing to gain within 12 months.
as Responsible Financial Officer have accounts and audit experience.
Salary is in accordance with the Local Government pay scales point 30-34 (pro-rata) at a point commensurate with qualifications and experience. A home working allowance is payable.
