Despite the chill in the air the Queen’s Head beer garden was packed with enthusiastic customers braving the weather to watch the Mikron Theatre Company’s superb production of Beer Street last night.
Their show proved a lively rumbustious story of pubs and beer and the part they have played in our society - everybody loved it.
Helen’s Border collie was invited to join the cast before the curtain went up as he’s a fully paid up member of CAMRA and also the British Beer Writers' Guild. Besides, dogs are always welcome to join in the fun at The Queen’s Head.
