Eynsham Parish Council has been advised of the various dates when the slip-road from the A40 towards Witney will be closed between July 2025 and May 2026.
The closures will be of a small section of the B4022 entry and exit slip road connecting to the A40 at Witney and is to allow for critical work to be carried out on drainage and services.
During the below dates, the slip road will be closed from 8pm until 6am overnight:

From 7 July for five nights

From 1 September for three nights

From 1 October for five nights

From 22 October for four nights

From 19 November for five nights

From 1 December for one night

From 11 December for two nights

From 6 February for four nights

From 2 April for one night

From 13 April for four nights

From 8 May for ten nights
If we are informed of any changes to the dates and/or times of these closures between now and May 2026, we will update residents via this website. Upcoming closures should be clearly signed close to the slip road.
