Eynsham Parish Council has been informed that a planning appeal hearing for The Newlands Inn is being held in September, with members of the public welcome to attend.
West Oxfordshire District Council will be holding a hearing for a planning appeal against the refusal to change the use of The Newlands Inn from a public house to a residential dwelling. This is taking place on 12 September at 10am at West Oxfordshire District Council offices in Witney (Committee Room 1).
Members of the public are welcome to attend the hearing and, with the agreement of the Inspector, will be able to share their views. Attendees interested in speaking at the hearing should make their request of the Inspector in person on the day.
Anyone planning to attend is requested to register in advance by emailing their name and connection to the hearing (e.g. interested party) to planning.appeals@westoxon.gov.uk quoting the reference 23/00049/APPEAL. Registering in advance will ensure attendees are informed if the meeting is unexpectedly moved to a virtual session at short notice.
