Eynsham Parish Council feel strongly that a 'zero rate' tariff CIL for the Garden Village and West Eynsham Strategic Development Area is unacceptable. Under current planning legislation, the community would ordinarily receive 25% of CIL funds to offset the impact of developments as a Neighbourhood Plan is in place. If the District Council adopt their policy, no money will be received via this mechanism.
