It combines specific yoga therapy techniques such as yoga postures, breathwork, mindfulness tools and psycho-education, combined with research from psycho-therapy and neuroscience, to improve the functioning of the nervous system, enhance self-awareness and eliminate habitual patterns of thought and behaviour. The course consists of 8 weekly 2-hour sessions, currently held online, and includes a comprehensive course manual for you to keep, with suggested home practices.
