Despite the national lockdown, we have kept on Guiding in Eynsham throughout!
The Guides have been meeting via Zoom and have completed their Reflect Skills Builder badge where they looked at what makes them unique, thought about their personality and explored different styles of questioning. They have also completed a Harry Potter escape room.
1st Eynsham Brownies has also been meeting via Zoom and have completed their Influence Skills Builder badge where they thought about who makes decisions and how they can make their voices heard. They have also completed activities from the Brownies programme, baked cookies and have played lots of games!
1st Eynsham Brownies also had their first girl complete her “Brownie Bronze Award” since the exciting new programme was brought in two years ago. In order to get this, not only did she have to take part in lots of activities at Brownies and complete two skills builders (Innovate and Live Smart), she also had to complete two interest badges in her own time at home (Baking and Languages).
3rd Eynsham Brownies and the Rainbows have been completing activities in their own time at home.
All groups are really looking forward to meeting outdoors, socially distanced of course, after the 29th March.
