Salt Cross Garden Village 12 Feb 2021 (Eynsham Village) WODC’s Area Action Plan has been submitted to the Planning Inspectorate West Oxfordshire District Council has now submitted its draft Area Action Plan for Salt Cross to the Planning Inspectorate, along with a viability assessment. A new AAP examination page includes the collated responses and a schedule of supporting documents and technical evidence. The viability assessment is especially worth reading for its preliminary S106 assumptions (pages 103-105), with a total £96,925,017 to be spread over four phases as housing buildout progresses.
