Strength and Balance class had just started in the Baptist church, before we got rudely interrupted by the COVID-19 virus.
However, we've continued the class online, so if you're someone who is a bit nervous about your balance and wants to improve it, then this class may be for you.
We warm up in the chair, then progress to standing, get the heart rate up, practice balancing on one leg, (dont' worry, I'll teach you how to do it), some strength with the resistance bands, (I can push one through your door!) and finally some stretches.
