60 minutes of yoga and pilates to music suitable for all, lots of low options, with some challenges for those who want to take them.
We start with a gentle warm up
Followed by a sun salutation, a set of yoga moves put together to create a flow of movement to warm us more
Standing strength, warrior poses, to create strength in the legs
Balance challenge, standing on one leg, but don;t worry, it's ok to wobble and you can keep your toe on the ground!
Most of us are tight through the hips, so we come to the ground and find some hip opening stretches
We all need to strengthen our core, so some exercises to work our Abs and our Back
Time to calm it down again with some gentle twisting, really good for creating movement in the spine.
Hamstring stretches, again some calm moves, that encourage length in our hamstrings and our lower back
Finally, just a small of quiet time to allow the body to resettle after the work
