  2. Village Hall toilets flooring completed
  3. Dates for Kitchen refurbishment – w/c 19th May. Bookings affected have been informed
  4. Decision (GovMeetings) implementation – training began 6th March
  5. Update on bookings migration for Village Hall.
  6. Disposal of items from Village Hall.

 

  1. To review the Annual Parish Meeting held on 4th March.
     
  2. Delegated Authority

To note Delegated Authority decision made by Clerk/Deputy Clerk/RFO and Chair Cllr Ross Macken or Vice Chair Cllr Sue Brown between 19th February to 18th March 2025.

 

  1. To receive reports from Councillors representing the Council on outside bodies/meetings.

To receive short verbal updates from Councillors who were assigned as representatives on outside bodies/meetings at the previous Annual Parish Council Meeting.

  1. To consider moving the Annual Meeting of the Parish Council to 13th May, due to kitchen refurbishment.
     
  2. To note the date of the next Parish Council meeting at the Village Hall

EXCLUSION OF THE PUBLIC AND PRESS: At the conclusion of this part of the agenda, the Chairman moved that, considering the confidential nature of the business to be discussed, the public, press and broadcast media be excluded for the remainder of the meeting in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960.

    1. To note report from Deputy Clerk on current security status for Village Hall and Sports Pavilion and agree on recommendations listed.
    2. To note report from Deputy Clerk on door and window improvements for Village Hall and agree on recommendations listed.

  1. To note completion of staff appraisals for the Deputy Clerk and Village Hall Caretaker/Property Supervisor and agree contractual salary increments.
  2. To note TOIL account for Deputy Clerk and agree request to pay outstanding TOIL in March salary.
