Traffic Working Group Agenda 2023-01-31

1. To receive apologies for absence.
2. To receive Declarations of Interest in agenda items - To receive any disclosable declarations of interest from Members in relation to any items to be considered at the meeting in accordance with the Council’s Code of Conduct.
3. Public Participation - To receive submissions from members of the public for a period of 15 minutes. Members of the public may make representations on any matters, for no more than 5 minutes each in accordance with Standing Orders para 3. The meeting will adjourn for this item.
4. Community Speed Watch Group - To receive an update on speed monitoring activities:-
   1. Monitoring new 40mph and 30mph limits.
   2. Informal meeting with Cassington CSW.   
5. Old Witney Road
   1. To consider a document supporting traffic calming on Old Witney Road and request Oxfordshire County Council Officer(s) undertake a site visit to assess options. 2023-01-31_5a_OWR_TrafficCalming
6. Speed reduction in and around Eynsham 20mph, 30mph and 40mph.
   1. To receive an update on liaison with the schools regarding ‘Walk to School Week’ 16 – 23 May and agree actions.
   2. To receive an update on the Witney Road Vehicle Activated Sign project. 
   3. To receive an update on the distribution of 20mph materials (resolution 22/140 refers) and agree actions including:- 
      1. Request 20mph material be ordered and confirm with schools how the banners should be installed. 
      2. Identify location #2 for public banner.
