4. Old Witney Road Playground Project Update
Committee to receive feedback from opening event and agree any actions required.
5. Dovehouse ‘Come and Play’ Project Working Party
Committee to discuss set up of working party for new project and agree on actions.
6. Parish Grass Cutting
a) Committee to consider proposed grass cutting specification in line with Plantlife guidelines.
b) Committee to consider terms of new contract ready for tender process for quotes at November meeting.
7. Parish Council Owned Litter Bin Emptying
a) To receive an update on the new bin contractor.
b) Committee to consider purchasing new bins.
8. Committee Budget Request 2024/25
Committee to review and agree budget request for 2024/25 financial year.
9. Fishponds Working Parties
To discuss the reinstatement of working parties at Fishponds and agree actions.
10. Oxford Road - North Car Park Security Measures
To receive an update on current issues at North car park and agree on actions.
11. Oxford Road Skate Park – Footpath
To consider installing a footpath from the car park to Skate Park by Balfour Beatty (Park & Ride community project) and agree actions.
12. Proposed Diversion Under s119 Highways Act 1980 - Eynsham Bridleway No. 9 (part)
(a) Committee to review and discuss Oxfordshire County Council'
(b) Committee to agree on actions for proposal received.
13. WODC Biodiversity Survey project
To receive an update from Cllr Macken and agree on next steps.
