This report summarises the existing cycle parking locations across Eynsham and suggests areas where new cycle parking could be provided and sites which may benefit from upgrading.
Oxfordshire County Council has a budget of £2,000 for cycle parking in Eynsham and the Parish Council has offered £250 towards the provision from S137 grants, subject to the scheme progressing.
Priority sites include Back Lane Car Park, the area outside the Spar and one of the bus stops on Witney Road north. The Parish Council will match fund the amount that Stagecoach give towards cycle parking on Witney Road.
